| How To Use The trans-siberianexpress.com Ticket Pre-Sale System: |

To take advantage of the current trans-siberianexpress.com Ticket Pre-sale, please follow these quick steps:
(1) Visit the following link: https://tickets.trans-siberianexpress.com
(2) Find the show you want to go to and look under the column called 'Fan Club Tickets'.
(3) If you see 'GET TICKETS' then there are still pre-sale tickets/passcodes for that event. Otherwise, it will state "ALLOTMENT GONE" which means there are no more presale tickets available.
(4) After you click 'GET TICKETS', you will be shown a page confirming the show you chose and you must read and agree to the terms of the Pre-Sale System on trans-siberianexpress.com.
(5) After you click the checkbox to agree to these terms, you can continue to the next step.
(6) If you are already logged in to trans-siberianexpress.com, just click continue. Otherwise, you will see a login form so enter your username and password here, then click continue.
(7) The next page again confirms your selection. If it is correct and you want to obtain the trans-siberianexpress.com presale link for this event, click continue.
(8) The next page provides you with the special presale link to a ticketing agent (i.e. Ticketmaster) where you will go to actually order the tickets.
This page also provides many details about the pre-sale so review it carefully.
You will also receive a confirmation email with the same details.
9) Buy your tickets from the authorized ticketing agent by following agent's prompted process.
PLEASE NOTE: The trans-siberianexpress.com member presales are facilitated by multiple authorized ticketing agents depending on each market. Please be aware that you may be required to set up an account with the ticketing provider. Whenever possible, it is advised that you set up an account (with Ticketmaster, LiveNation, Tickets.com etc) ahead of time to insure a smooth transaction during the actual on sales. This ticketing agent account will be separate from your trans-siberianexpress.com account and there is no charge to register.

:::: Presale Ticket Limits ::::
There is a 4 ticket limit per venue and an 8 ticket limit per code. So you will have the ability to purchase tickets to multiple shows but at a maximum of 8 tickets total.
If you buy less than the maximum limit of tickets for a particular show, you can use your passcode again but the 4 ticket limit per venue and 8 ticket limit per code still applies while supplies last.
Ticket Delivery:
Where possible we are going to use the paperless ticketing system. We will provide you with more information on that later but as a tutorial on paperless you can check here:

Tickets will NOT BE transferable and the person who buys the tickets MUST be the person who comes to the show. You will be required to have the credit card you used to purchase the tickets and photo ID that matches that credit card in order to enter the venue night of
In venue's that do not support paperless ticketing a large portion of the tickets will be will call only. Once again the tickets will NOT BE transferable, the person who buys the tickets MUST be the person who comes to the show.
Please be aware that lines to get in the venue may be long either because of paperless ticketing or because of will call pickup. Doors will open 90 minutes before the show so come to the venue early so you don't miss anything.
